Prerequisites
- Relevant professional qualification in secretarial practices
- Ability to handle secretarial and administrative functions
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong organization, excellent communication and good PR skills with positive attitude
- Understand the requirements of the dynamic work environment and maintain accurate records of documents and producing reports with agreed deadlines
- Commitment to excellent, strong initiative and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Age more than 40 years
