We are looking for committed and dynamic female candidate with multi task skills for the above position open at our group of schools.

Prerequisites

  1. Relevant professional qualification in secretarial practices
  2. Ability to handle secretarial and administrative functions
  3. Fluency in both written and spoken English
  4. Knowledge of MS Office applications
  5. Strong organization, excellent communication and good PR skills with positive attitude
  6. Understand the requirements of the dynamic work environment and maintain accurate records of documents and producing reports with agreed deadlines
  7. Commitment to excellent, strong initiative and leadership skills
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality
  9. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
  10. Age more than 40 years
