Assistant Manager – ER

Role Profile
- Partners with the business and executes Company’s ER strategies, Policies, and Procedures
- Plans to implement and Support the company’s Employee engagement drive
- Strengthens and maintains strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Ensure all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices
Personal Profile
• A Bachelor’s Degree in HR/ Management or any other related field from a recognized university
• MBA / MSc. from a recognized university would be an added advantage
• A Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing environment
• High level of integrity
• Possesses strong initiative, excellent management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
