Cashier cum Receptionist (Front-Line Sales Focus)

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-centric individual who can do more than just billing—someone who can convert walk-in customers into loyal, repeat clients through effective counter marketing and communication.

Ideal candidate

1. Excellent communication skills in English & interpersonal skills.
2. Strong sales mindset with confidence in talking to customers.
3. Prior experience in retail, hospitality, front office, or sales is an advantage.
4. Ability to work independently and handle customers professionally.
5. Basic computer literacy (POS experience is a plus).
6. Previous experience in the laundry or garment field will be considered an added advantage.

Key responsibilities

1. Handle cashiering & billing accurately.
2. Welcome customers and manage the front desk operations.
3. Actively market our services at the counter to increase sales.
4. Explain packages, pricing, and turnaround times clearly.
5. Upsell services and drive walk-in to conversion.
6. Maintain basic records and coordinate with operations staff.
