Call Center Trainee Executive (Full Time)

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused call centre trainees to join our head office.

We are currently seeking candidates for call centre positions.

Requirements

1. Female candidates are preferred
2. Candidates below 27 years of age are preferred
3. Proficiency in English and Sinhala is a must
4. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage
5. Candidates living near Gampaha will have an added advantage
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

Additional information

1. Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply
2. Previous experience in a call centre will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

1. Handling customer inquiries and providing information
2. Managing inbound and outbound calls
3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
