We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our online department as call center executives.

Requirements

  1. Fluent in English, Chinese, Urdu & Bangla languages
  2. Fair knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  3. Good communication and customer service skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  1. Handle online customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  2. Communicate effectively with international customers
  3. Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  4. Assist the team in providing excellent customer service
