We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and experienced cafe manager to lead the operations of Legends Lounge and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

Key responsibilities

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the café
  2. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
  3. Supervise and manage café staff efficiently
  4. Prepare staff rosters, attendance, and shift scheduling
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  6. Monitor inventory, stock control, and purchasing requirements
  7. Reduce operational wastage and control costs
  8. Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports
  9. Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and professionalism
  10. Ensure maintenance of equipment and facilities
  11. Prepare operational and performance reports for management

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in café management
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills
  3. Good knowledge of food & beverage operations
  4. Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively
  5. Good command of English and customer handling skills
  6. Positive attitude and professional appearance
  7. Age: 30-45
