Business Development Manager | Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven professional with proven experience in the IT industry and a strong track record in SAP, Cloud ERP, Odoo software solutions sales.

Key responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
  2. Promote and market SAP, Cloud ERP, Odoo, and other software solutions offered by PBSS Group.
  3. Handle client presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
  4. Achieve sales targets and contribute towards company growth strategies.
  5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project handovers and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  2. Proven experience in the IT industry is mandatory.
  3. Hands-on experience in selling SAP, Cloud ERP, Odoo, or related software solutions.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and achieve targets effectively.
