Business Development Executives
Overview of the job responsibilities
The business development executives supports the company’s subsidiaries across multiple countries by managing data, maintaining sales systems, and generating regular and ad-hoc performance reports. The role ensures accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of sales information that supports strategic decision-making and process improvement across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
- Coordinate with subsidiaries and internal departments to track project progress, commercial status, and order conversions.
- Maintain and regularly update the sales database and project information systems by uploading data, updating client and project statuses, and resolving discrepancies in coordination with subsidiaries and IT.
- Act as a central point of coordination to streamline communication between subsidiaries and the group office for business-related reporting and updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance reporting speed, accuracy, and reliability.
- Provide analytical insights based on sales data, market trends, and project performance.
Education required
- Degree or diploma in business development, management or equivalent qualification from a recognised university/institutes are preferred.
Experience required
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity.
Competencies and skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.
