What you’ll do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and manage client relationships
- Prepare proposals and pitch solutions to prospects
- Hit sales targets and report market insights
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding
What we’re looking for
- Degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales (B2B/B2C)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to manage a pipeline independently
