Business Development Executive | Assistant Manager

The role

  1. Manage relationships with existing clients and suppliers.
  2. Create and develop new revenue channels through customer acquisition.
  3. Execute promotional and marketing activities to achieve targets.
  4. Support product activations and business expansion initiatives.
  5. Work with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues.
  6. Analyze market trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.

The profile

  1. BSc in Business Management or SLIM/CIM qualification.
  2. For assistant manager – minimum 3 years of experience in corporate/business sales (IT solutions will be an added advantage).
  3. For executive – 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Knowledge in handling events, client presentations, and product activations.
  6. Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
  7. Willingness to travel.
