Brand manager – local market

We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Brand Manager – Local Market to lead and elevate the brand presence of one of our group companies. This role is suited for a strong B2C professional who can shape brand strategy, translate insights into compelling campaigns, and deliver consistent, high-impact execution across all customer touchpoints.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the overall brand strategy and positioning for the local market.
- Lead the development and execution of impactful B2C campaigns.
- Drive brand visibility, engagement, and customer experience across channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
- Oversee content, creative direction, and brand storytelling.
- Track performance of campaigns and optimize based on insights.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- CIM or a relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- 8–10 years of experience in branding or marketing, with strong B2C exposure.
- Proven ability to lead brand campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and local market dynamics.
- Experience managing agencies, creative partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong creative thinking with a commercial mindset.
- Exposure to digital marketing and integrated campaigns is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
