Monik Trading Pvt Ltd is hiring a Brand Executive / Assistant Brand Manager to manage and grow its brand portfolio. The role focuses on promoting the Monik brand, supporting partner brands like Walton, and strengthening market presence. It involves overseeing brand performance, boosting customer recall, and managing sales, inventory, and profit margins to drive overall commercial success.

Responsibilities

  1. Dive deep into market trends, consumer psychology, and competitor moves to sharpen our branding edge.
  2. Lead the creation and execution of high-impact marketing plans and promotional activities.
  3. Don’t just track “likes” track growth. You’ll be responsible for volume, value, and margins in alignment with our category teams.
  4. Optimize resource allocation to ensure every cent spent on branding delivers a return.
  5. Collaborate with sales channels and external agencies to ensure our message is loud, clear, and consistent.
  6. Monitor campaign performance and pivot strategies based on real time data and reporting.

Requirements

  1. A degree in marketing from a recognized university OR a professional qualification (CIM/SLIM).
  2. 1–2 years of experience in branding/marketing. Bonus points if you have experience in FMCG or the retail appliances/electronics industry.
  3. A proven ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas that break through the noise.
  4. Exceptional communication, multitasking, and leadership skills. Possess comprehensive industry knowledge.
