Branch Manager

New Wings UK Consultancy, a leading overseas education consultancy with global partnerships, is seeking an exceptional and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our branch operations and take our business to the next level.

Key responsibilities

1. Overall operations leadership: Oversee and drive all branch operations to ensure efficiency, excellence and achievement of business objectives.
2. Business development: Identify growth opportunities, build strategies and drive business expansion to the next level. Look for potential growth areas.
3. Event management: Organise events, seminars, exhibitions and host foreign and local guests, partners and stakeholders.
4. Industry expertise: In-depth knowledge of the overseas education industry with the ability to identify potential growth areas and market trends.
5. Team leadership: Train, mentor and develop team members to build a high performance culture and achieve outstanding results.
6. Intake & student recruitment planning: Plan intakes, student recruitment strategies and achieve enrolment targets effectively.
7. Complex problem solving: Apply analytical thinking and solve complex problems with creativity and confidence.
8. Digital literacy & AI mindset: High level of digital literacy and a willingness to learn and implement AI in business for better efficiency and growth.

4. Ability to steer branch operations and manage teams effectively.

7. High level of professionalism and integrity.

Education qualifications

Local or international degree in business, computing or psychology.

Unrelated degree holders may not apply.

Master’s qualification is preferred, not mandatory.

Compensation & benefits

1. Six figure basic salary (very attractive individual and team bonus).
2. Work permit in the UK (in long term based on performance).
3. Foreign tours, overseas training & chance to attend exhibitions.
