BRANCH MANAGER

Sterling Automobile Lanka Private Limited, established in 2007, is a leading automotive service provider in Sri Lanka. Join our team to build strong client relationships, manage accounts, and drive business success. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee automotive repairs, servicing, and customer care functions.
• Maintain strict adherence to company standards, including ISO certifications and safety protocols.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service advisors, mechanics, and support staff.
• Achieve branch performance targets in terms of revenue, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with the head office for implementation of company policies and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the automotive industry, with proven leadership skills.
• A self-driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive under pressure.
