An ideal candidates should possess

1. A bachelor’s degree in banking & finance, economics, business management or a related discipline from a recognized university.
2. Prior experience in credit, recovery, and deposits at a reputed financial institution will be considered an added advantage.
3. An excellent working knowledge of leasing & hire purchase.
4. The fluency in Tamil, Sinhala & English communication skills.
