Boiler Farm Supervisor

K.U.K Farm is a well-established company engaged in broiler, layer, and feed production. We are seeking an experienced Broiler Farm Supervisor to oversee farm operations, manage staff, and ensure optimal bird performance under closed house systems.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in broiler farm operations.
2. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science, Agriculture, or related field.
3. Strong practical knowledge of closed house systems (ventilation, temperature, humidity control).
4. Excellent labour management and supervision skills.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day broiler farm operations and ensure smooth functioning.
2. Maintain optimal environmental conditions (ventilation, temperature, ammonia levels).
3. Monitor bird health, growth performance, and feed/water management.
4. Ensure strict biosecurity and hygiene standards are followed.
5. Manage farm staff efficiently and ensure productivity targets are met.
