Key roles & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain architectural BIM models in Autodesk Revit across all design stages.
- Produce drawings, schedules, and details from federated models.
- Create and manage Revit families, templates, and content libraries.
- Follow ISO 19650 workflows, BEP, and CDE standards.
- Maintain model quality through audits, health checks, and QA processes.
- Apply correct naming conventions, file structures, and metadata standards.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams using federated models and Navisworks.
- Participate in clash detection, coordination meetings, and design resolution processes.
- Support BIM coordinators with reports and progress updates.
- Manage project information and revisions within CDE platforms such as BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Extract quantities, schedules, and reports for project and client requirements.
Required qualifications & experience
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, architecture, architectural drafting, or related field.
- 2–4 years of Revit modeling experience in live AEC projects.
- Strong skills in Autodesk Revit architecture, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and PDF markup tools.
- Good knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, drawing standards, and ISO 19650 workflows.
- Ability to interpret structural and MEP drawings for coordination.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
