Job responsibilities

1. Lead the development of high-quality 3D BIM models using Revit and CAD software.
2. Manage and coordinate BIM models across multiple disciplines.
3. Review and validate models to ensure compliance with project standards and BIM protocols.
4. Mentor and guide junior BIM modelers and team members.
5. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve design issues.
6. Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar tools.
7. Ensure timely delivery of accurate and detailed models and drawings.

Required qualifications

1. Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
2. Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in BIM modelling.
3. Strong experience in BIM coordination and project management.
4. Familiarity with Navisworks, BIM360, and common data environments (CDE).
5. Experience with rendering tools such as Lumion, SketchUp, D5, or 3ds Max is an advantage.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
7. Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently.
