Barista | Waiter

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista and Waiter to deliver top-notch hospitality to our guests.

Requirements

1. 1-3 years in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
2. Excellent knowledge of a variety of coffee and brewing techniques.
3. Greet and serve guests with a welcoming and professional attitude.
4. Strong customer service and communication skills (Sinhala & English preferred).
5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
6. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation and benefits

1. Starting salary: LKR 50,000 – 65,000 + service charge (based on experience).
2. Accommodation and meals included.
