Associate – Management Accounting

Career profile

1. Prepare and maintain accurate product costing estimates.
2. Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
3. Analyze factory overhead costs and prepare monthly profitability reports.
4. Monitor budget performance and develop factory overhead absorption rates.
5. Implement financial controls and cost-saving initiatives.
6. Maintain internal controls and support corrective actions where required.

Skills and competencies

1. Bachelor’s degree/diploma in finance management.
2. Part or full qualification in CIMA, ACCA or CA (CA articles can be covered).
3. At least 01-02 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
4. Proficiency in advanced Excel.
5. Proficiency in data analysis (quantitative analysis).
6. Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
