Career profile

  1. Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
  2. Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
  3. Support daily HR and administrative operations.
  4. Coordinate employee attendance, leave, and HR-related documentation.
  5. Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
  6. Handle basic employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR department.
  7. Support payroll-related documentation and HR reporting when required.

Skills and competencies

  1. Partly or fully qualified diploma / degree in human resource management or related field.
  2. Minimum 01 year of experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
