Associate Architect / Senior Tech Lead

Responsibilities

1. Understand client requirements, business domain, and project scope
2. Define and contribute to solution architecture and technical approach
3. Identify dependencies, risks, and potential project roadblocks
4. Support project planning, effort estimation, and task scheduling
5. Participate in pre-sales discussions and provide technical inputs
6. Lead detailed requirement gathering and prepare business/technical documents
7. Establish technical standards, naming conventions, and best practices
8. Define testing strategies including unit testing, UAT, and performance testing
9. Plan and manage data loading strategies and dependencies
10. Prepare and review test cases and UAT documentation
11. Guide and manage the development team to achieve project milestones
12. Ensure timely completion of development tasks with required quality standards
13. Review development work and ensure alignment with business requirements
14. Oversee unit testing, issue resolution, and quality assurance activities
15. Lead performance testing and resolve system performance issues
16. Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure issue closure
17. Prepare and support user training materials and knowledge transfer
18. Plan and execute go-live activities and deployment tasks

Qualifications

1. A BSc or master’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline.
2. Typically, 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with a significant portion of that experience in leadership roles.
3. At least one advanced and related certification in data analytics.
4. Playing the tech lead’s role in multiple medium-scale projects
5. Experience in handling the technical team in medium-scale projects
6. Experience in handling the customer end-to-end in medium-scale projects
