Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and manage routine maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is well-maintained, focusing on scheduling and tracking service completion.
  2. Handle administrative duties, including maintaining records, updating maintenance logs, organizing schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  3. Assist the HR department with administrative support as needed.
  4. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
  5. Liaise with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance work and ensure timely execution.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or any other professional certification in the relevant field.
  2. Basic knowledge of office maintenance & minor repair.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general documentation.
  4. Strong teamwork, responsibility, and problem-solving ability.
  5. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
