Assistant Site Engineer

Ken Tower is a leading construction company specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Site Engineer to join our prestigious Ken Tower condominium project. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in civil engineering projects, with a relevant qualification in Civil Engineering.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and executing all site work related to the luxury condominium projects.
2. Support the site engineer in supervising and managing day-to-day site operations.
3. Ensure construction works are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
4. Assist in coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
5. Monitor labor productivity, site safety, and quality control.
6. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.

Requirements

1. B.Sc. / NDT/HND in civil engineering or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in site engineering (preferably in high-rise building projects).
3. Basic knowledge of structural, finishing, and MEP coordination works.
4. Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
5. Ability to work under pressure and support project deadlines.
