Assistant Sales Managers

Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to grow your career in sales? We are currently seeking Assistant Sales Managers to support business development in Facility Management and MEP Solutions for corporate clients.

Job role

  1. Assist the sales manager in identifying and approaching potential corporate clients.
  2. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
  3. Maintain client databases and sales reports.
  4. Coordinate meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  5. Support in contract negotiations and service delivery coordination.

Requirements

  1. 1–2 years’ experience in sales or business development (experience in FM or MEP is an advantage).
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Willingness to learn technical aspects of FM and MEP services.
  4. Proactive, target-oriented, and well-organized.
  5. Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or Engineering preferred.
