Assistant sales manager regional markets

Job responsibilities

1. Sales planning & execution: Develop and execute area-wise strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Team management: Lead and train area sales executives; set and track targets.
3. Client relationship management: Maintain strong B2B client relationships; resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
4. Business development: Acquire new clients; drive upselling and cross-selling.
5. Reporting & coordination: Report to management and coordinate with internal teams.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 years experience as a sales manager or similar position.
2. Ability to converse in Tamil & willingness to travel to north & east & other parts of the country.
3. Ability to perform under challenging circumstance and achieve targets.
