Assistant planning

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and manage capacity plans aligned with business demand to ensure optimal utilization of production units.
2. Allocate orders to production plants based on capability, capacity, and delivery priorities.
3. Prepare, monitor, and adjust production plans to meet timelines and respond to changes effectively.
4. Track capacity utilization, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions proactively.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and follow up with production plants to ensure smooth execution and quality standards.

Qualifications & experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, apparel/textile management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
2. 3-4 years of experience in production planning within the apparel or manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of capacity planning, line loading, and production scheduling.
