Key requirements

1. Successful completion of NVQ level 3/4, City & Guilds or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
3. Experience with leading automobile brands is advantageous.
4. Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent telephone etiquette.
5. Proficiency with industry-specific software.
6. A strong understanding of collision repair technology and the automotive refinishing.
7. Experience in handling insurance claims and managing post-repair processes efficiently.
8. Flexible, team-oriented and customer-focused.
