Assistant Manager (Service Delivery)

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the service delivery team to achieve performance targets
2. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of IT services
3. Handle client communications and resolve escalations
4. Monitor SLA, team performance and implement improvements
5. Coordinate with clients internal teams for smooth operations

Qualifications & requirements

1. Degree or higher diploma in IT or related field
2. Experience in administration & business management
3. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT service delivery/support
4. Proven team leadership experience
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

IT Technician

Key responsibilities

1. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
2. Troubleshoot IT-related issues (hardware, software, network)
3. Provide on-site and remote technical support
4. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades
5. Maintain service records and documentation

Qualifications & requirements

1. Diploma or NVQ qualification in IT or related field
2. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
3. Basic knowledge of networking and system administration
4. Strong troubleshooting skills
5. Good communication and teamwork skills

IT Interns

Requirements

1. Passed G.C.E. A/L (ICT stream preferred)
2. Strong interest in the IT industry
3. Basic knowledge of computers and IT concepts
4. Willingness to learn and develop IT skills
5. Good attitude and commitment
