Assistant manager | senior executive – garment technologist (technical and fitting)

Responsibilities

1. Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and sewing techniques, specializing in ladies’ and men’s underwear and outerwear.
2. Working knowledge of garment manufacturing machinery, with stitching capability as an added advantage.
3. Ability to accurately interpret technical packs, measurement charts, construction specifications, and analyze fabric and trim performance.
4. Expertise in fit analysis, size set approvals, sample evaluations, and conducting fit sessions with corrective feedback.
5. Effective coordination with merchandising, sampling, production, and QA teams to resolve technical issues during sampling and bulk production.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in apparel/garment/fashion technology or an equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in garment technology, including fit, quality, and product development.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Proficient in IT applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
