Assistant Manager – Research
The assistant manager – research will support the growth and operations of the SLIM Research Bureau by contributing to high-quality research execution and client servicing. The role involves assisting in business development, coordinating research projects, and ensuring timely delivery of insightful, data-driven outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in new business generation and support the achievement of revenue targets.
- Contribute to proposal development based on client research briefs.
- Support questionnaire design, data analysis, and report preparation with meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate and manage research projects from initiation to completion.
- Maintain effective relationships with clients and ensure high levels of service delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support team coordination and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
Candidate profile
- Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in research, business development or a related field.
- A recognized qualification in research, marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- Exposure to working in a research agency will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
- Ability to design, execute, and interpret research studies effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
