Assistant Manager – Recovery

Key responsibilities

1. Manage customer collections and overdue account recovery
2. Follow up on outstanding payments and debtor balances
3. Coordinate with sales, finance, and customers regarding payment settlements
4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports
5. Monitor credit limits and customer payment behavior
6. Support legal and recovery actions when required
7. Maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring timely collections
8. Assist management in improving cash flow and reducing outstanding debtors

Requirements

1. Minimum 2–5 years experience in recovery, credit control, finance, or collections
2. Experience in construction/material industry will be an added advantage
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills
4. Good knowledge of MS Office & reporting presentation skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and achieve collection targets
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Valid riding/driving license preferred
