Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all administrative operations at sites premises to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, vendor services, and facility repairs to avoid operational disruptions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Control operational expenses related to cleaning, maintenance, and administrative services while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Act as the primary operational contact for stakeholders, tenants, contractors, and internal departments.
- Handle site-related complaints, operational issues, and escalations with timely resolution.
- Monitor security arrangements, access control systems, and general discipline within the premises.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and audit readiness for site administration functions.
- Support management in improving operational standards, risk management, and continuous process improvements at sites.
- Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and extended hours based on operational requirements.
- Supervise cleaning and housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety.
Qualifications & requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. (MBA or professional qualification will be an added advantage.)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Preferred age range: 30 – 45 years
- Good understanding of planning processes (demand & supply planning, inventory management).
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and support operational execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to monitor daily operations, identify issues, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Good communication, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
