Assistant Manager – Marketing

Key responsibilities

1. Identify the new business in the market.
2. Resolve customer issues to maximize satisfaction.
3. Negotiate and close agreement to ensure customer satisfaction & retention.
4. Preparing sales reports, forecast and market analysis for management review.
5. Establish and maintain good customer relationship /CRM system.

Qualifications

1. A/L with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
2. Full or partial qualifications in SLIM or CIM is an added advantage.
3. Minimum 2-3 years prior work experience in this field.
4. Machinery, logistics & transport fields’ knowledge is an added qualification.
5. Strong negotiation, communication and personal skills.
6. Encourage male candidates to apply.
7. Age between 25-35.
8. Close proximity in Biyagama area will be an advantage.
