Key responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  3. Oversee administrative operations, office management, and HR documentation.
  4. Maintain accurate HR records and reports using HR systems and tools.
  5. Managed training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.

Qualifications & experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in an HR management or similar role.
  3. Proven leadership or managerial experience is an advantage.
  4. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
