Key responsibilities

  1. Drive impactful learning and development initiatives to elevate performance
  2. Build strong leadership pipelines through effective succession planning
  3. Champion engaging employee experience and culture initiatives
  4. Deliver meaningful HR insights through reports and analytics
  5. Facilitate performance management and support strategic HR initiatives

Key requirements

  1. 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to training & development and employee engagement
  2. Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to manage multiple HR initiatives in a fast-paced hospitality environment
