Crystal Martin Ceylon (private) limited is a subsidiary company of the Hong Kong based Crystal International Group Limited, having 06 manufacturing facilities island wide and providing employment to 5000 employees.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue career in Human Resources and Administration. The ideal candidate should be energetic team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.
Role & responsibility
- Develop & implement HR strategies in the areas of recruitments, retention, absenteeism & achieving these set KPI’s.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances/issues.
- Develop & monitor policies and procedures across the organization.
- Support current & future business needs through development, engagement & motivation.
- Fulfil the carder requirements on time and maintain budgeted carder.
- Responsible for all HR and administration activities of the factory.
Requirements
- Hold a degree/diploma in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in the field of HR (minimum 03 years of managerial experience in apparel manufacturing environment.)
- In depth knowledge of labour laws.
- Strong planning & organizing skills and ability of multi-tasking
- Excellent communication skills
