Assistant Manager | Executive – Business Management

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join their team as an Assistant Manager / Executive – Business Development for the HORECA & General Trade sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship-building skills, business development expertise, and a passion for driving sales growth within the FMCG industry.

Key responsibilities

  1. Develop business opportunities in HORECA and general trade channels.
  2. Ensure strong PR with all customers and key stakeholders.
  3. Conduct promotional campaign and product promotion.
  4. Plan monthly volume target given by the company.
  5. Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
  6. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Qualifications & experience

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  2. Hands-on experience in route-to-market operations.
  3. Experience in key account management is essential.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English with strong interpersonal abilities.
  5. Strong presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  6. Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in marketing, business management, or a related field is preferred.
  7. Valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.
