Assistant Manager – Business Intelligence & Analytics

We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Colombo team as Assistant Manager – Business Intelligence & Analytics (Night Shift). In this role, you’ll support reporting requirements, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights that strengthen decision-making and client outcomes. Roles & responsibilities

1. Assist with reporting requirements and business case development.
2. Implement advanced strategies for data gathering, review, and analysis.
3. Apply best practices to improve and streamline existing processes.
4. Train and develop new employees within the analytics team.
5. Ensure overall service quality and system availability.
6. Collaborate closely with the manager to meet client requirements with high standards.

Qualifications & experience

1. Degree in business management, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
3. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
4. Partly qualified in CIMA/ACCA preferred.
5. Excellent command of English with proven client communication experience.
6. Experience with business intelligence tools is a definite advantage.
7. Prior experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is an added advantage.
8. Open to work according to standard US hours and calendar.
