Assistant Manager – (Branch Sales | Marketing & Branch Operations)
The assistant manager will be responsible for tracking and analyzing the overall sales & financial performance of the branch including its profitability, costing, inventory movements, customer turnover, market behavior, competitor behaviors, market conditions, guiding the sales team to achieve set goals and objectives, as well as advise top management on making timely decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily showroom sales operations.
- Supervise and support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with management on stock requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in business planning.
- Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery items.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales (experience in jewellery or retail sector is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and inventory handling.
- Age between 35-45 years (preferred).
