Skills and qualifications

1. Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent from a recognized university or institute.
2. Minimum 05 years of post qualifying experience.
3. Experience in building maintenance and BMS operation will be an added advantage.
4. A good working knowledge on HT/LV electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems, fire protection & detection systems, elevators, escalators will be an added advantage.
5. Knowledge in energy management & ISO 50001 will be added advantage.
6. Sound analytical, negotiation and leadership skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
