Educational qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, commercial management, or a closely related discipline.
Experience
- Fresh graduates and candidates with an interest in starting a career in academia are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Prior teaching or academic exposure (e.g., tutoring, demonstrating, or research support) will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to the Pearson BTEC HND and City & Guilds qualifications will be considered a plus, but is not mandatory.
Skills and competencies
- Strong interest in academic teaching and research supervision.
- Ability to deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions (training will be provided where necessary).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to support a collaborative, student-centred learning environment.
- Willingness to work on weekends, with two weekdays off.
