We are committed to delivering excellence through people, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and responsible individual to strengthen our Human Resources team. We are looking for a proactive and organized assistant Human Resources manager to support and manage HR functions effectively.
Key HR responsibilities
- Maintain and manage employee records, HR files, and documentation in compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws.
- Ensure all HR procedures and documentation meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and actively participate in staff recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Plan and manage staff allocation to client locations efficiently.
- Handle employee relations and day-to-day staff matters.
- Coordinate closely with hotel management teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar HR role with relevant professional or academic qualifications.
- Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Ability and willingness to visit hotel sites and liaise with management when necessary.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
