Key responsibilities
- Lead business development support services, aligning operations with overall distribution strategy.
- Oversee agency administration and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Drive renewal retention and policy persistency through effective follow-up and customer engagement.
- Ensure smooth and efficient branch and operational support services across the network.
- Manage sales force incentive and recognition programs to enhance performance.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Implement process improvements and digital solutions to strengthen service delivery.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead high-performing teams.
Qualifications / pre-requisites / requirements for the position
- Degree / professional qualifications in insurance, marketing, sales or business management from a university / institute approved by the UGC / Ministry of Higher Education.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- With minimum 12 years’ experience, including at least 7 years in a senior management role in sales management / sales administration.
- Age is preferably below 50 years.
