AR Follow-Up Associate | Senior AR Follow-Up Associate

We’re looking for curious, and detail-oriented individuals to join our growing US Healthcare RCM team.

Who we’re looking for

1. 2-3 years of experience in AR follow-up
2. Good English communication skills
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
4. Detail-oriented and target-driven mindset
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Good computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
7. Willing to work US hours
8. Based in Colombo or nearby suburbs preferred (preferably with 16km radius from Colombo 02)

What you’ll be doing

1. Following up on outstanding medical claims with insurance companies
2. Handling denial management and re-submissions
3. Identifying and resolving billing/payer issues
4. Maintaining accurate documentation and system updates
5. Working on aged AR reduction and collections targets
6. Ensuring compliance with client guidelines and processes
7. Meeting daily productivity and quality benchmarks
