Requirements

1. Good communication skills in English & Sinhala
2. Basic knowledge of air ticketing and travel industry
3. Knowledge of Galileo system will be an advantage
4. Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
5. Good computer literacy (email, Excel, Word)
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
7. Fast learning and multitasking skills
8. Team player with positive attitude
9. Good telephone etiquette
10. Attention to detail and responsibility
11. Social media handling knowledge will be an added advantage
12. Previous travel agency experience an added advantage
13. School leavers / freshers with passion for travel may also apply
