Administrative, customer support officer

What you’ll do

  1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors.
  3. Manage office administration and documentation.
  4. Coordinate appointments, schedules, and correspondence.
  5. Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.

What we’re looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Good computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet).
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  4. Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
  5. Experience in administration or customer service is an advantage.
  6. Candidates from Negombo or nearby areas will be given preference.

System update & data entry officer

What you’ll do

  1. Update and maintain student records in the institute’s management system.
  2. Enter, verify, and maintain accurate student and examination data.
  3. Update course registrations, attendance, and academic records.
  4. Generate reports and maintain digital documentation.
  5. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

What we’re looking for

  1. Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet).
  2. Fast and accurate data entry skills.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage.
  5. Candidates from Negombo or nearby areas will be given preference.
