Administrative, customer support officer
What you’ll do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and visitors.
- Manage office administration and documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, schedules, and correspondence.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Experience in administration or customer service is an advantage.
- Candidates from Negombo or nearby areas will be given preference.
System update & data entry officer
What you’ll do
- Update and maintain student records in the institute’s management system.
- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate student and examination data.
- Update course registrations, attendance, and academic records.
- Generate reports and maintain digital documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
What we’re looking for
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet).
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage.
- Candidates from Negombo or nearby areas will be given preference.
