Key responsibilities

Administrative operations

  1. Handle day-to-day office administration, operational documentation preparation, and follow-ups.
  2. Maintain records, files, and institutional documentation.
  3. Coordinate internal communications and correspondence.
  4. Prepare letters, reports, meeting documents, and notices.
  5. Manage office events, maintenance, supplies, and resources.
  6. Assist with document filing and updates.
  7. Coordination and follow-up with the digital marketing team.

Required skills and qualifications

  1. Pass GCE A/L examination.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office applications with efficient data entry skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and handle operational matters effectively.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, build positive relationships with others.
