Key responsibilities
Administrative operations
- Handle day-to-day office administration, operational documentation preparation, and follow-ups.
- Maintain records, files, and institutional documentation.
- Coordinate internal communications and correspondence.
- Prepare letters, reports, meeting documents, and notices.
- Manage office events, maintenance, supplies, and resources.
- Assist with document filing and updates.
- Coordination and follow-up with the digital marketing team.
Required skills and qualifications
- Pass GCE A/L examination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with efficient data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle operational matters effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, build positive relationships with others.
