We are looking for a dedicated, dynamic & motivated individual as an administrative assistant based in Kalutara.
Key responsibilities
- Purchasing related duties
- Stores related duties
- Vehicle records maintaining
- Routine works related to accounts department
- Other administration related duties
Candidate profile
- Male candidate preferably below 40 years.
- Minimum 03 years related work experience.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Knowledge of basic stores functions.
- Previous experience in purchasing would be considered an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Sinhala & English (written & spoken).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
