We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join the Automobile Department, responsible for coordinating with suppliers and stakeholders, managing supplies and maintaining records.
Job profile
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with inventory control and data entry related to vehicle and parts records.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners for smooth workflow.
- Support the sales and service teams with timely administrative task.
Personal profile
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar administrative role (automobile sector preferred).
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages.
- Effective skills in communication, organizing and time management.
